• Over 90,000+ sq ft manufacturing space operating 6 days a week with over 15,000 pallet position of storage in an fully automated refrigerated warehouse. production is robotically palletized from start to finish with a capacity of producing over 38,000 million cases of products per year.
  
  

Phases

• Phase 1: By July 2024, the Plant will be operational with the ability to produce 450+ bpm (bottles per minute) of 1.5 litre PET (plastic). This line has potential of producing over 23 million+ cases per year.
• Phase 2: By October 2024, Line 2 will be operational with the ability to produce 250+ bpm of 2.63 litre PET for Canada and the US markets. This line has the potential of producing over 15 million+ cases per year
• Phase 3: By April 2025, Line 3 will be operational with the ability to produce 200+ bpm of 1.5 litre PET for Canada.
